08/2007 - Mini-Lab MPS 800 System
The MPS 800 is the latest system in the Mini-Lab range. This system is a thermal evaporator which can be used to create layers of various materials onto different samples. The system comes with 100cm X 50cm X 50cm stainless steel chamber, film thickness monitor, internal gas box and a height adjustable electrode.
